Who Am I?
I’m a writer and a speaker. I’m a woman journeying through midlife.
And, I guess that’s the short answer.
Truth is that who I am depends on who you’re talking to. I’m a daughter, a granddaughter and a niece. I’m a sister and a friend. I’m a wife, a lover and a soul-mate. I’m a mother and a grandmother. I’m an aunt and a sister-in-law. I’m half of the duo Praise of Two.
I have been a babysitter and a coffee “engineer”. I’ve worked with computers all my adult life, from the monstrosities that need a huge sound-proof room to my dual-core PC and my very portable laptop. I’ve waitressed and home-helped. I’ve worked in hospital records and a mink ranch. I’ve taught children all about maple syrup and looked at numbers ‘til I was cross-eyed and all the numbers looked the same.
And that’s just skimming the surface…
But, what about you?
Please come again and we’ll get to know one another.
Let’s journey together.

Hey, Denise, very nice, sharp and clean format.
Great theme for the sisters.
Congratulations! — from a brother, lost somewhere on the journey from upper midlife-to- senior transition.
Peter.

Lovely photo [location?] and down-to-earth message. I’m with you in that place.
Waiting for the humour, or is that better in person?

Hey, Denise
I can finally get to talk to you! So good to hear from you, it’s been a long time. I am keeping busy, and well. Our community is busy cleaning up after our tornado that hit us July 24. A lot of tree and property damage, but no injuries or loss of homes. Did you hear about it?
Looking forward to continuing on this journey, and I’ll take “Spice Chai” please. God bless~~~~Edith

Hi Denise,
I am looking for guest bloggers on my blog Fit for Faith (http://www.fitforfaith.blogspot.com) for the month of June. Are you interested in contributing an article? We can link back to your blog and give a 100-word bio as promotion if you’d like. Please let me know if you’re interested.

Hi Denise -
What a happy, pleasant site – a welcome reprieve from the heavy topic to which I post daily.
I used to think how nice it would be to be a singer with CDs (because everyone loves smiling singers) instead of a writer/speaker with a heavy message. But since solo artists have been largely replaced by praise teams, perhaps I’ll envy the pleasant, happy bloggers.
Blessings,
D.
